This World AIDS Day: Change your lipstick. Change a life.

M·A·C Viva Glam

25 years of M∙A∙C Viva Glam

In the 25 years since the launch of the M∙A∙C Aids Fund (now known as M∙A∙C Viva Glam), over $500 million USD has been raised globally in the fight against HIV/AIDS, with $10 million raised in Australia alone. December 1 marks World AIDS Day, and in true M∙A∙C fashion, artistry teams from around the world will volunteer with a range of charities, and champion the effort to raise awareness and much-needed funds via the sale of the M∙A∙C Viva Glam Lipstick.

With celebrity faces including Lady Gaga, Elton John, Rihanna and supermodel Winnie Harlow, M∙A∙C Viva Glam has been responsible for creating some of the most well-known makeup campaigns in history, including this year’s 25th anniversary campaign, which saw supermodel Winnie Harlow recreate the iconic imagery first created by RuPaul in 1994.

With all M∙A∙C Lipsticks now available at the new price $30, M.A.C’s Viva Glam Lipsticks can be purchased throughout the year, with all proceeds going directly to the M.A.C Viva Glam fund, which provides ongoing support to local organisations including The Sydney Children’s Hospital, Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Thorne Harbour Health, Positive Life NSW, Western Australian AIDS Council and leading HIV research organisation The Kirby Institute.
